Lots of Christmas fun!!!

December 19th we had our Christmas with Jason's mom, step-dad, Aubrey, and Cheryl.
Madison and Mimi Nall love to have tea parties together.

Santa brought the Swan Palace to Montgomery!

Lisa and Lacey came over one afternoon and we were just goofing around.

December 23rd was our annual Dirty Santa party.  We began the day at 4:00 making cookies for Santa.
Then, they opened their presents to each other.

One year, we are going to get all three of them smiling and looking at the camera.  They are smiling but definitely not looking at the camera.

That evening we all met over at Tina's house.  It was a night filled with fun, food, and great friends.

O.K. You really would have had to be there to find the humor in this, but Phillip decided to buy himself some white Christmas shoes (as he called them) during the guy's annual shopping trip.  Well, of course, all the guys made fun of them.  The girls thought they were nice!  Anyway, Lisa found a pair of women's shoes at Thrift Town the day before and Zane told her SHE HAD to buy those and wrap them up as part of Zane's present.  Well, she did!  Not knowing that Phillip was going to wear his that night!
And then to make things that much greater, he actually picked Zane's present!!  What are the chances in that?!  They even took the time to write all around the box, "Phillip McClung" where the brand of shoe was written.  Priceless!!!
Then, of course, Jen has to wear them!!!  :)
I can't quite remember what was so funny, but it is very rare that I get Jason laughing or smiling (for that matter) in pictures, so I took advantage of it.

Aren't they cute?!
Hilarious!!  Again, you had to be there.
On to Christmas Eve: Madison is feeding the reindeer.

Then, we make our cake for Jesus's birthday.
Is that not the cutest apron ever???  Thanks Mrs. Elaine!
Aunt Roba spent the night with us that night and gave Madison a bath for me while the cake was baking.
Robyn thought this was cute!  Hmmmm!
The final product; I have no idea what happened but that cake fell all to pieces.  We couldn't even put the icing on it properly.  I just had to get a picture because I don't know of anyone that can mess up something as easy as a box cake!  Good grief!!  Madison was so sweet though.  She said, "Mommy, Jesus doesn't care!"  That's right baby, he doesn't!
Christmas Eve and this is what my sister tries to get me to do!  I lasted about 20 minutes max!!  YogaX is a beast!!!
milk and cookies for Santa

Finally!!  Christmas morning!!!

Santa left a little something at Mimi and Pawpaw Johnson's house, too!

Poor pawpaw!  :)  My brother thought it would be funny to give my dad a bottle of scope as a prank.  He asked for a scope for his gun for Christmas!  LOL!!!

Then, we had a surprise visit from Mimi and Papa Nall that afternoon.  Madison decided to paint Mimi's finger nails.  Too sweet!    This was a great Christmas filled with family, friends, and lots of love!!  Happy Birthday Jesus!!!

Christmas Fun

Ready for the parade!
I just thought she looked too cute in this robe!

Thanksgiving Week

Are you happy Mrs. Glenda?  I took it off!!  :)

Grandma Estie (my dad's mom) She turns 87 Monday!!

Jason said he was smiling! Again, I am going to let you be the judge of that!
Madison had been playing hard when these pics were taken; hence the wonderful hairdo!!

It was a great Thanksgiving!!!

Tina had the idea to take the girls to the square and then to the depot to try and get some pics. Well, we had fun; let's just leave it at that!

This is my favorite!
Is that sweet or what?

silly girls
Don't ask me!!

We had just a "few" leaves in our yard, so I decided to let Madison have a little fun.

It's been a great week!! I hate to see it end. :(

More Dance Pics

She loves her dance class!

Wow! She is making me hurt just looking at her! :)
What a face! Ha!!

Dream Field Farms

Excited!! That is the best word I can come up with to describe my little girl on this bus. She was so happy to FINALLY be riding a bus. Every time she sees one, she asks to ride it. And this bus was definitely much better than the "cheese wagon." :)

Do you see the orange, uh I mean pumpkin my child is holding?! Of all the ones she had to pick from she picked that one. Hilarious!! You will get a better view of this thing at the end of this post.
We started with this one! Then, she changed her mind.
Madison and Emmy, way too busy for a pic.
Baylee Henderson
Madyson Mullins

Jaidyn Lambert

I love this picture!!
Poor thing! She just didn't have the strength to push that handle fast enough. :)

No more corn for Tina! :) You'll just have to ask her about that one.

We tried so hard to get Ivy, Madison, Emmy, and Madyson M. in this pic. Didn't happen!! Mine wouldn't cooperate!
See!!!
Madison with her teacher, Mrs. Quita. We just LOVE her!
This was kind of scary looking, but the kids loved it!

making butter

milking a cow
She absolutely would not ride home with me!
And this is the infamous pumpkin! Is that not pitiful???!!! Ha! Great memories!!!

Ivy Rose turns 4!

My little princess! Ivy Rose Rogers had a princess party for her 4th birthday. This is right up Madison's alley!!

Time for a little coloring on the new princess table.

The girls had a ball!!

Who says trick-or-treating has to be on Halloween?

We didn't make it to trick-or-treat with Lacey and Ivy due to fever and a bad cough, but thanks to some very special peple in Red Level we were able to take her the following Thursday night.

This is when she saw another big dog!

Randomness

After Madison's bath one night she came to me and said that she wanted to make a "u ka lady." It took me a second, but I eventually figured out that she wanted to make a ukulele. I guess she had seen this on Barney.
"Madison how exactly do we make one of those?"
"Well, you need an empty tissue box, empty toilet paper roll, and rubber bands."
Luckily we had all these items. She told me step-by-step what to do. So, here is our "ukalady!" :) I am cherishing these moments.

Those of you looking at this are probably thinking, "Why in the world would she put this on here???" Well, I plan to put my blog into a book one day, and I want this as a memory. So, you may just want to keep scrolling. :)

This one is my door. We didn't win anything, but I thought it was cute!
Mrs. Caudle's door; she got an honorable mention.
Mrs. Parker's door
Mrs. Battey's door won 1st place.
Mrs. Davis's door (She lost an H mid-week.)
Mrs. Catrett's door
Mrs. Kyle's door
Madison didn't want her picture made at the Homecoming parade as you can see.

This post is way out of order, but I forgot about it until I started going through all my pictures. Oh well, just for my memories!

Playhouse Disney Live

Lisa and I took the girls to see Playhouse Disney Live October 11th. (Yes, I am a little behind with this post.) The girls had a good time, but Disney on Ice was much better!
The day before we went to a festival in Eufaula where we found these adorable outfits. Madison just HAD to have that frog dress!! Lacey's was much cuter.

Little Einsteins

Tigger and Pooh

Handy Manny

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (Madison's favorite)

Fall Festival

Well, this is my little princess dressed as Minnie Mouse. Her very first Halloween (just a month old) she was a pumpkin, the 2nd year Jason decided a strawberry would be cute, the 3rd year she was Mermaid Dora, and last year she was the cutest little Dorothy I have ever seen!! My baby is sick tonight and can't participate in trick or treating. We had fun at the Fall Festival though!
Is this a cheesy grin or what???
This is Emmy Mixson, one of Madison's good friends from Guardian Angel. Her grandmother "Gabby" (I think that is how it is spelled) is my husband's secretary. We love this whole family, precious people!

I tried getting a picture of Emery Johnson. She wasn't having it!

Ben Foreman painted this. I thought he did a fantastic job!!

The next few pics are out of order but Madison loves a slide!! Don't worry, those are bloomers!!

She loved picking up the ducks to see how many pieces of candy she could get.

They also had a maze, hay ride, cake walk, fishing game, basketball, pumpkin toss, and of course the playground. Tons of fun was had by all!!!
